At Natursunugal we want you as a customer to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return the products in accordance with this return policy.

Conditions for returns

In order to return a product, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The product must be unused and unopened.
  2. The seal/seal must not be broken on any packaging, for hygienic and safety reasons.
  3. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it and be in the original packaging.
